    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else received their TSV KitchenAid 6 qt mixer yet?  I received mine yesterday but there was no bowl included in the box.  The box was the OEM box from KitchenAid and did not appear to have been opened previously.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;We called QVC Customer Service and they said that they would &lt;STRONG&gt;TRY&lt;/STRONG&gt; to find a replacement bowl and that we should call back on Friday to see if they could find us one.  I find this to be very poor customer service!  I don't feel the they should TRY to find a replacement, I feel that they &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;absolutely SHOULD&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; find a replacement as well I feel that they should be calling us with the status of the replacement and not us having to call them back.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm very disappointed that I have a $400 mixer that I cannot use for however long it takes them to find me a replacement bowl which of course is wasting valuable "return policy" time as well as the lack of customer service from QVC regarding the problem.  Sure the CS agents are friendly but they sure aren't very helpful.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you received your complete mixer or if others were missing their bowls as well.  I ordered the Green Apple mixer.  The problem could be contained to just the color or lot of mixers packed but either way I am not very happy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
