I saw Bob W. do it before Thanksgiving. I had to make mine tonight or else freeze it and I have no room in the freezer. I have a 6.45lb bone in breast that I browned in the Ninja cooker and am now "steam roasting".

I am very nervous about how this may turn out but wanted to try it.
