topic Kitchen Aid rebate for free ice cream ma in Kitchen

I purchased a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. QVC advertised a free $79 ice cream maker attachment. I printed the rebate form on QVC website and was about to mail it in when I was told by Kitchen Aid that QVC is not elligiible to get the rebate. I called QVC customer service and I am not happy with the information I am getting. The rebate form on the Kitchen AId website has QVC listed as not ellibible. The rep over there told me QVC eliminated their name on the rebate form on their website but it is not valid.

I asked QVC to send me a copy of the rebate form, the warranty and the manual all not included in the box with the shipment. I was told that I had to print it from the QVC website. I told the cutomer service rep the person I am giving the gift to does not have a computer . He told me to go to a public place and print it there. I am a big QVC custormer for many many years. This has really been a change for me. Especilly for an item that is almost $400 and $18 shipping and could have been purchased in many other places. The rebate has an expiration date in October. I hope I get my ice cream maker or $79 very soon.
