It was a roast and some slices had been cut off as pork chops (bone in). To say it was well marbled is an understatement. It actually looked like pork from a long time ago. </P> <P>Needless to say, I got 2 pork chops. I breaded them and pan fried them and when they were done, just about all the fat had disappeared and what was left was so moist. Really good.</P> <P>They could have called it pork from years gone by or extra well marbled pork.
