So far I love them . I also read over the instructions and it says do not use metal utensils. I am curious where does that leave using the SS steaming rack <EM>inside</EM> the skillets ? They have metal legs. It is bound to 'scoot' around while cooking! I would think silicone legs would have been better.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My solution is to not use it in that capacity .
