If I could pick any chefs to teach me in the kitchen they would be Emeril and Ina. They both are so down to earth and classy. Ate at Emeril's restaurant at the MGM in Vegas years ago. Just had appetizers but was lucky enough to see him there--what a thrill!

So sweet to see him bring a cup of water to David when he got choked up tonight. I loved that. Thoughtful chef move.

@tbearski Emeril sure seems that way. He's one of my all-time favorite chefs/chef celebrities. He also makes me chuckle. :-) Who can forget, "Fry right, or don't fry at all!" LOL I thought of that yesterday, when he was demonstrating his air fryer. If he carried that saying into his air fryer demos, sorry, I haven't caught that yet. Sure wish he had more to offer on QVC, like before. I have several of his things, which I love.

He has always been one of my favorites to watch. Love his wide variety of cuisine even though I am NOT adventurous when it comes to food. I eat basic and nothing fancy at all but I always find it interesting what other people do eat and how they cook it.
