I use my Temptations lasagne pan and am pleased with it. It does get heavy when you have a huge lasagne in it. I saw a three partition lasagne pan by Chef Tony of MCM that looked interesting if you have picky eaters. If I didn't have my dishes I would have ordered that pan. You could vary the meats, etc and have a variety of lasagne.

I also have a few Analon pans and am pleased with them. I found mine at BBB with a coupon. They clean up like a breeze.

All Clad makes a great lasagne pan. One version has a snap on lid. I have both the Fiestaware 9x13 and the All Clad lasagne pan. I also use the All Clad pan as a small open roaster for turkey breast.

The All Clad has better handles and gives a safer grip for heavier dishes in my opinion. It's larger and deeper than Fiestaware 9x13.

I got mine as a gwp with an All Clad set but I've seen several on the bay. New in box as well as factory seconds. Good prices vs the stores.

That's true, I bake my dressing in my All Clad roaster, although I've never needed that much lasagna to use it since I have the large one that's about 14x17. At one point I considered buying their lasagna pan but I love the way ceramic cooks and the All Clad lasagna pan is not clad, it's all stainless steel.

I just have a regular old nonstick baking pan that's 15x10", that I've used for many years. IIRC, it's from the old CE line of nonstick bakeware. Still looks like perfect after all these years and is the perfect size for my recipe.

I make it large like that because I cool, cut into squares, freeze, and vacuum seal it so I have plenty to last a year or more.
