This year I will be making the entire Thanksgiving dinner! And I'm excited about everything from the stuffing to the pie. I can't wait to start. But the turkey, that is another story.</P> <P>In the past I have made turkey breasts, but never the whole bird. That task was my grandmother's, or my mom's...and both are too many miles away to help me with this year's dinner.</P> <P>And for some reason, I feel very intimidated. I LOVE cooking, and make everything we eat from scratch. Not much has ever concerned me in the kitchen. So this is a new feeling for me. LOL.</P> <P>Tell me it's easy! Give me your tips.
