Thought I heard him say to the lock and lock gal he was going on a weeks vacation and wouldn't be on Wed. night.

He said Rick will fill in on Wednesday. Don't know who will fill in for him on Sunday. David will be back for next week's Wednesday all day kitchen show.

Right. David's on vacation. Not back until June 11 (some sort of a show that Tuesday).

I have no interest in the summertime kitchen items. I don't care for grilling and all the steaks and stuff like that. I'll take a break from it and watch again when the things that make me feel warm and fuzzy inside make a comeback. I love cooking in the fall and winter.

Yeah, right now in the Tx heat and high electric bills we're doing tuna, chicken and different salads right now. Bacon and tomato, I won't be roasting, and pressure cooking for awhile. Light fare.

Making homemade ice cream and buying Sara Lee cakes.

Homemade bread and rolls can be bought or go out to buffets and eat. LOL

Re: This coming Wednesday (7/12) - I was just scrolling through the Tivo Guide and noticed that the shows from 9pm PT/midnight Tues, all day Wed, it's cooking/food/kitchen shows.
