Remove the sausage and set aside. Add the onion, peppers and mushrooms, and cook for a few minutes to soften.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Add the pepperoni, olives, oregano and pasta and stir well.
