One of the reasons I don't use them much is that the sides don't come up very high on the ones I have. On my old Technique ones the sides come up almost 3 inches so not as much splattering on the stovetop.

Glad to see they're showing this line. It's been back in the closet for so long.

Course, nobody can afford it LOL Nice to see it being advertised anyway.

It's more expensive then Le Crueset but lot lighter I'd rather have.

I have 2 of their frying pans, a large one, probably 11 inches and a smaller one I bought at least 6 years ago. I forget I even have them because they're not any better than my God knows how many years old Technique brand which I keep reaching for instead. In fact they are so old I'm not 100% sure I got them from QVC but I think so. And my few Emeril pieces, they're very nice quality. Both my Swiss Diamond pans have scratches in the teflon or whatever coating it is and they weren't even used that often.
