Finger foods are the way to go. Definitely cheese and crackers. I don't think you want anything too flavorful to not distract from the wine. I went to a wine tasting held by a wine store. On each table they had crackers, cheese, grapes, olives, a pitcher to dump wine, empty glass, a glass of ice water and a little snack plate.

You've gotten a lot of good suggestions. FIRST and foremost, Know the wines you are serving and what tastes good with it. Do a little research on what you'd like to taste, chat with the people at the wine shop, Cheese, nuts, fruits ,honey, Very thin slices of meats, Good fresh crusty bread and hearty breads and crackers. Have water available for in between different wines. A nice wheel of warm brie ,maybe one spread with apricot jam or honey and crushed nuts makes an impressive and tasty centerpiece. Try to keep the wines at the right temperature. Are they beter cooled or at room temperature. Maybe finish with champagne and chololates. Most of all relax and have fun with it.
