What is your favorite Kitchen Gadget?

Mine is the Dash Masha 2X. It is the best thing I have used to Mash Potatoes. It beats my other ways. I don't like lumps in my Potatoes.

I love the garlic press where you can place the clove of garlic in the press with the skin on and the skin remains in the press and the garlic comes out skin free. Love it!

I first thought of my vacuum sealer but, DUH, that's not a gadget.

As far as gadgets, I really like the thing I use to drain the canned tuna. I also like that little thing that removes that gross white thing from the eggs.

I have a fair amount of useful gadgets. Knife-wise, my favorite is my 9" santoku.

I love the original egg cooker that MCM presented. Cooks 6 hard cooked eggs at a time and they peel so easily.

I have a 4 way tie...

electric fryer - I only eat french fries made from scratch & deep fried chicken

OXO potato peeler - actually until my SO threw away my older than dirt rusty dependable peeler, that was my favorite.

Electric Grinder - for the rock sea salt & peppercorn mixture for my steaks

Electric jar opener

The Kuhn Rikon Pull Chop Food Chopper – handiest little gadget I own.

I also use the WP little rice cooker constantly – but it is not really a gadget.

I think its called eggexpress...MCM....i eat a hard boiled egg every morning...love how easy it is to make the eggs...i even bought a back up in case something happens to this one...

My bean crock(s). Slow cooks in the oven and I find the results to be superior to any countertop cooker.

My 10-cup glass Pyrex measuring bowl. It's as old as the hills and I probably use it every day for something. For measuring flour, for mixing up biscuit dough and small yeast rolls recipes. I nuke water to boil in it. I use it to rice potatoes. It's definitely a multi-tasker. And then when I'm done, into the dishwasher it goes.

I looked it up over at HSN, but, looked to flimsy to me and besides that's what I bought a KAid mini for in first place. LOL I need to start cutting up potatoes in smaller chunks before I put on the stove to boil and I wouldn't have any lumps in my mashed potatoes.

My Ninja juicer. DH and I love fruit smoothies for breakfast or a snack. It makes them better than any other juicer. DH also loves milk shakes made in Ninja.
