I normally quick fry them in a little olive oil/butter then bake. Wondering if I wanted to just bake them how long do they take?

i know I need to put them on a rack so heat can circulate.

Im having company for dinner & don't want that fried food smell in the house (I'm making 7 boneless beaded chops about 1/4-1/2" thick I pounded to tenderize them).

Thank you.

When I cooked I used Shake and Bake for pork chops. It was wonderful and easy. Ummmm!!! (my nose is twitching)...I can remember the smell...

I do them at 400 for about 40 to 50 minutes turning them 1/2 way through. I do like them a little crispy tho, with a nice outer crust. They are just delicious

FYI: dinner was excellent I must say!

i followed directions I found online bake 40 min on 375. They were about 1/2" and cooked perfectly. I sprayed them with olive oil both sides before baking & turned 1/2 way thru. Covered with foil last 10 minutes. They were very moist & tender (I was worried they'd be dry).

Besides the porkchops my fav part of the meal I made fresh asparagus (my fav) and pineapple upside down cake for dessert!

I use plain bread crumbs (the kind that come in a container) and season them with all kinds of seasonings depending on my mood.

I first coat the chops with mayonnaise then dip them in the bread crumb mix. Lay them on a non-stick aluminum foil lined cookie sheet and stick them in the oven for 30 minutes, flip them and cook for another 20. Ordinarily, I buy the 1" cut so they need a little more time to cook.

I've also mixed finely crumbled Ritz crackers into the bread mix to add a little more flavor.
