Recently I wrote that I got the cinnamon rolls but cream cheese was open and not usable Well today I received the replacement cream cheese from jimmy and enclosed were a few brownies. I am impressed he went above and beyond. I will be a loyal customer.

Isn't that nice! I love that. I'm glad to know that they are a caring vendor, plus their products are good. How much do you want to just eat that cream cheese icing with a spoon! (maybe that's just me)

Anyway, glad they hooked you up and you got a nice little surprise.

Great to hear @Elom! I am on auto delivery for his awesome pumpkin cinnamon rolls & I couldn't imagine life without them, lol! BTW, how were the brownies?

Those are the ones I get, too! How great are they?

I just hope they don't stop having them because it seems like lately stuff that's on AD suddenly stops becoming available.

I have had that problem with the Heartland brand chicken fried chicken (sooo good!) and, whereas QVC isn't really able to help or tell you anything, that vendor is also very good and helpful. After being on backorder for a week plus, I think it's finally straightened out.

I hide those cinnamon rolls from my family. I have no intention of ever cooking the frozen Lima beans in my freezer. That's camouflage.

We liked his cinnamon rolls but have not tried any of his other products. I had the cinnamon rolls on AD but had to cancel it. There was no way we could eat the 1st batch before the next batch would ship. It's not like we eat cinnamon rolls that much. I will have DH make his cinnamon rolls or monkey bread when I get hungry for it. LOL!!!

Just want you to no that his flagels are wonderful and I live in NJ where I can get a good bagel!!! I am on autodelivery for them!!! You will not be disappointed if you get them!!!!

@Nightowlz I think you can delay a shipment without canceling auto-delivery. I do that on many items I have on AD.
