topic Quinoa in Kitchen

I've been reading about all the benefits of quinoa. I thought it was a grain but learned it's a seed. I've found some recipes on line but was wondering if anyone here has any "tried and true"
EASY recipes that incorporate familiar ingredients. If you do, would you mind sharing? If not, I'll try those I've found on line. TIA
