I was frying bacon last eve. &amp; was using an induction frying pan. I started the bacon at 275 deg. &amp; it was frying good &amp; then started getting a little spatter, so I turned it down a notch. Then, it was hardly frying &amp; I had to turn it up to 300 to get it frying again. This doesn't make sense to me, since I had started it at 275 &amp; it was frying good.</P> <P>Guess my explanation is about as clear as mud, but am I doing something wrong? Has anyone ever fried bacon using the PIC?
