@Azcowgirl Sure thing! Right now, I'm mixing up my "2017 batch"........I spike one with Cherry Heering, another with apricot brandy, peach brandy, etc. I'm out of Cointreau........so I have to pay

Knowing trucker daughter was on her way home from a difficult 7 day trip, I made our favorite chocolate pound cake. I've had 2 slices.

@Desertdi A kindred soul. I love rum soaked fruitcake too. Wonderful for breakfast.

Frozen pecan pie is a treat too.

My daughter made it home on Sunday, and brought gastro with her! She leaves tonight and is taking the rest of the cake with her.
