    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I vote for the morning.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Once I cooked soup in the crock pot over night.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Oh please don't do that, nothing should bake overnight without you sitting there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sleep is the best and tomorrow will be a new day and cook tomorrow....at the most a stuffed turkey would be 4-6 hours depending on the size.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The turkey needs attention, needs TLC, needs some basting, you can't do that sleeping.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Gobble Gobble&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't even use a turkey bag and our 24-pounder was done in a little over 3 hours. 30 minutes in the oven at 500 degrees, then transfer to the Nesco roaster at 375 degrees for 3 hours. It's always done, nice and juicy. 20 minutes rest and then it's ready to be carved. Maybe it's because I don't stuff the turkey? Or because I brine it overnight? I check it with a thermometer to make sure it's done perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mother used to get up at the crack of dawn to put her turkey in the oven for a 2:00 dinner! When I got married and started to cook, she was aghast that I didn't do that. But my turkeys are always done, never under-cooked and I don't have to get up at 6:00 in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
