I've been watching videos on You Tube on how to make Almond Milk. there were 2 versions.

Here is the easy version: Put 2 T of Raw Almond Butter and 4 cups of water in a blender, 4 pitted dates, pinch of salt and 1T of vanilla. Thats it, just give it a whirl about a minute, refrigerate.

The other version had 1 cup of raw almonds, soak in water overnight, pour off that water. Put the almonds in a blender with 4 c filtered water. If you want it flavored add a 1 t of vanilla, 1 pitted dates and a pinch of salt. Give it a whirl for about 2 minutes, then strain through a cheesecloth lined strainer. "Milk" the bag to get all the milk out. Refigerate up to 3 days.

I have never made this, but I'm going to get some Almond Butter and some dates and give it a try!!
