You sign up and in a day or two you get an email saying you are accepted. I am in apressure cooker Group also and you can own any size or brand for recipes. I found an awesome pot roast easy recipe that is now my new favorite.</STRONG></P> <P><STRONG>We should start our own Ninja Storm favorite recipes.
