Hello @MsMisty I use my Emeril air fryer a lot and this is how I cleaned mine the other day. Be careful and lay the air fryer on its side in a place it could not roll and fall on the floor. It has a cooking coil unit in the top. Take some nice hot water and "gently" wipe it down. Behind the coil I wet a soft bristle toothbrush with a small amount of dish soap and suds it up and squeeze out the excess. Carefully clean behind and wipe off the excess moisture with a soft paper towel as it absorbs the water better. Be sure no soap residue is left. Done! I have used mine every day since it was the TSV. My coil has a small stain but that can't be helped. It is important to check it periodically so it won't smoke from splattered grease. Also put a cup of water in the bottom halfway through cooking really greasy items. No smoky house.
