    <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm making a dip for a cook-out tomorrow.  I always put chopped onions in it -- either yellow or white onions.  My friend asked that I use green onions instead.  The other kind don't agree with her.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I've never used green onions.  I'll chop them up like I usually do with the other ones, but how much of it do you use?  The whole thing other than cutting off the very bottom?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;TIA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
