topic Questions to Aldi's customers in Kitchen

I've often noticed references to Aldi's here, but since we haven't had Aldi's in our area, I didn't pay attention. This morning's newspapers say Aldi's is planning to open in our region next summer. (It also said that Aldi's opens 80-90 new stores annually and is 'moving West' now.) I'm surprised about the location as we already have Costoc, Sam's and Win in the same vicinity. However, I don't know about Aldi's so thought I'd ask some questions here.

1. Is Aldi's a 'food' only store?

2. If not, what else do they offer? Things? Services?

3. The article mentioned "Aldi's" brand items. What Aldi's brand items would you recommend?

4. So, what other specifics do you like about Aldi's?

5. Do you also have Costco, etc., near your Aldi's and, if so, what would make you go to Aldi's rather than Costco, Sam's, etc.?

In other words, please let me know about Aldi's, what you think, what's good, what's bad, etc.

TIA
