Yes, they are expensive but the service is exceptional. </P> <P>Everything is baked in the individual stores by scratch. Each store is franchised so you are supporting the people who own them. </P> <P>Looked at Cheryl's and Mrs Fields but I liked the fact the store was within miles of my recipients location, getting fresh baked cookies and I'm just not talking to an order taker.</P> <P>Also signed up online and received the 10% off.</P> <P>Just not in the cards to actually bake and send cookies so that wasn't an option.
