Yes it does! I have bought one for myself and seven for gifts and everyone raves about them. I was skeptical when I bought one for myself and went right in the kitchen and made the snow! Awesome. You can mix cake mixes in it and just about everything. It is easy clean up and powerful. Hope you try one.

I have not used it too much. It has done everything that I expected. I have chopped veggies in it, made fruit smoothies, shaved ice and made dressing. I don't know how well it will do with greens. I have the bigger more powerful Ninja blender with the slicer and individual cups from years ago that is great but wanted this smaller simpler one. Love the ninja blades. I rarely have to push anything down in the container because it has all of the extra blades. My only complaint would be that you really can't see in it without taking the top off. I got the red and you can't see through the bowl well enough to check it. Overall, I am happy with it for the price.

I've only made shakes, but it works great. I like the ninja brand.
