I'm looking for a 10" stainless steel fry pan. The southern station has the Bon Appétite Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel 10" fry pan on sale for $24.95, the Wolfgang Puck Bistro Elite Stainless Steel 8" & 10" fry pans on sale for $29.95 and the Emerilware Stainless Steel with Copper, (the only one that states that it's 18/10) for $49.90. Compared to the All-Clad 10" fry pan for $115.00. (on another site)

I have a Wofgang Puck 12" Stainless Steel fry pan I bought over 10 years ago, that I've been pleased with. However, I read he is not making his stainless with the same materials he used to.

I want a quality pan, but I don't want to spend $115.00 for one 10" pan, if I can help it.

Does anyone have any of the above pans, or any other brands that you can recommend? Preferrably one that you bought in the last year, so hopefully it's the same quality they are selling now.

Is there a big difference between All-Clad and the other brands I listed?

Thank you.
