    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recent talk of county fairs and such reminds me that it is prime time to make jam in the bread machine.  I made a batch of strawberry a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful.  If you haven't tried it, get out the instruction book and read up.  Sometimes it doesn't jell really hard, but it is always good.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Put a little in a smoothie too sometime or those frozen pops!  &lt;/P&gt;</description>
