CooksEssentials 6 Quart Color Smart Low Pressure Stovetop Cooker

I got the Gordon Ramsey one and it spits and sputters out steam that you have to constantly sop up even on low pressure heat setting. Does this one not do that ? The Ramsey low pressure , pressue cooker, runs over onto the stove top and burns. It has 2 pressue relief valves and they both spit and sputter liquid and runs over the lid onto the stove. Pain.
