I just replaced my 27-old Jennair with another one with the ceramic cooktop--electric.

(My oldie actually had burners). What pans do I need to buy to keep from scratching the top? The directions say avoid aluminum and copper bottoms. If you have this range, I would appreciate suggestions. I needed new pans anyway and I want to buy those that will both cook well and protect the top as much as possible. Thanks in Advance.
