Just received my new Food Processor yesterday. So far, so good. Today I used the slicer and shredder blade. Any suggestions as to what I can use the Julienne Blade for?

Stir Fry.....sweet potato strings that you can deep fry.......carrot salad..

sorry we have not tried the jelliane disc yet but if you got the dicing kit its amazing how fast you can dice enough for a hugh soup of anything. good luck with your new food processer.

I have it but it is too BIG!! I like the 9 cup a lot better.
