topic Home Corned Beef. in Kitchen

Watched an America's Test Kitchen episode where they did an at home corned beef brisket, so figured I'd give it a try. Then the other day my local paper had a recipe for do it yourself corned beef (the spices were different than the ATK recipe). This is the first year that I've ever seen recipes for doing this, and it really isn't difficult to do. Of course I'll see on Sunday if it was all worth it.
