    <description>Two weeks ago, I banished all grains, legumes, and products made from them from my kitchen, pantry and table. It was easy, and I don't miss them, and I feel better than I have in years. As a bonus, everything I eat suddenly tastes amazingly good. Anybody else try this idea?</description>
