    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well Happy Friday to you also Preds - and everyone else. I am going to Good Friday Services with a friend at noon - then on to lunch with two others at a restaurant here which none of us have tried yet - it is always jammed so keep your fingers crossed we can get in to eat. Each year one church hosts community Good Friday services. It is always crowded - this year it is at the Seventh Day Adventist church. Not sure who will deliver the main message - rarely is it the pastor of the church who holds the service - always always super good!!!!! Music and message!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I suspect dinner will be light here at the house - but there will be food. By the way Soushi, how were those T-Bones? Haven't had one of those in years and years. Also hope Nelson is continuing to do better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will probably fix a ham for Easter - was not sure what I was going to do but that should work. We are trying to figure out what to do about an Easter Egg hunt for Ricky. He can be such an impulsive sweetheart at times we are just not sure. LOL. Of course there is always an Easter Egg hunt at home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good day one and all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The boards are a tad messed up this morning as at first try, could NOT start a new thread here so will see if this works. Preds you evidently ran into the same thing as your great greeting was in the February thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soushi, hope things are well and that your DH is still doing better - that is good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Davey and I went to Dennys last evening - I need to stop this cheating and also my pocketbook cannot stand it. LOL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will come back later after I figure out what I am fixing for dinner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stop by everyone - we love everyone's ideas on the food. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all get together occasionally - sure would be some good eating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your meal sounds really good Spix. I love asparagus yet rarely fix it - have no clue why, I just don't. Need to perhaps rethink that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a boneless chuck roast in the&amp;nbsp;slow cooker with a big sweet onion - of course - and a big red bell pepper. Am warming up some collards I had left over and fixing some cauliflower as it was beginning to age and I did not want to lose it. Will miss having either noodles or potatoes with the roast but this will work - healthy and the food I had will not go to waste.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nice day today but not as warm as yesterday - tomorrow the temps will drop a bit and by Saturday it will be&amp;nbsp;around 60. Now that will not be real nice as it is also suppose to be overcast. Ho Hum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Continue eating well everyone!! Sure always see some really good meals here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your greeting Preds BUT I guess you were not willing to sneak Friday in ahead of time. LOL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well dinner is not a great thing BUT like I always try to do, am using up some food in the Fridge. Hey, I grew up in WWII and you just do NOT waste food - have never forgotten rationed food, flour sacks for clothes and so it goes. Have always said growing up in that era taught me a lot. So dinner is the remainder of the great roast we had last night, baked potatoes and the rest of that yummy fried yellow squash and onions - works for Davey and I both!!! Guess I have to come up with something fresh for tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope all had a great day - hope you ate well and Soushi, where are you? Betty,&amp;nbsp;known as Yock on the boards, and I almost had a knock down drag out while we were both visiting another poster from the Q boards in NC some years back&amp;nbsp;- I won as I stole Betty's bread. LOL We&amp;nbsp;were visiting with JodyNC who started the Birds Nest many moons ago - I sure wish we could get her back to the boards. Some of us back then took the time and energy to visit some of the posters - a lot of fun. Could not do it now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OK, so I am having another weird dinner - am NOT going to go gung ho in cooking tonight - I am already tired. So will fix some Fettuccine Alfredo, sweet peas and sliced tomatoes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to admit Betty, those days were some fun and ALWAYS good eating. Would love to do it again but it will not happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got a lot done today - very quiet and I am not completely exhausted - that is hard to believe. Weird!! Have a fridge with way too much food in it - had some left over from last night and it was not a great big meal. Hmn. Also cheated and had a Philly Sandwich for lunch at Tams- as usual brought half of it home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got a bunch of things hauled out to the shed in back, washed way too many loads but did a lot of digging and GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR found a ton of stuff hidden - of course it was dirty. LOL. Still have to get out to the carport before it gets dark - well I do have lights out there but it will also be really cold - to clean up food and mess from a few days back. Shannon was watching Ricky and she was not running on all her cylinders for some reason and let the little boy make a BIG mess - so did she and nothing was cleaned up. Must clean it up as I do not like bugs, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought a new bath mat for the tub - the one I had could not be cleaned in its entirely any longer - another GRRRR! Oh well, got a nice long one from the 99 cent store - that will be good enough&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope all are eating well today!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soushi - where are you???????????????&lt;img id="womansad" class="emoticon emoticon-womansad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-sad.png" alt="Woman Sad" title="Woman Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No big deal for dinner last night either. Had some warmed up&amp;nbsp;Fettuccini Alfredo - I really like that sauce on pasta. I think I ate way too much as I woke up this morning feeling stuffed. LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We did get rain during the night and expect more today and more tonight - that is good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I decide if there is anything outstanding I will have for dinner, will come back and report it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great day one and all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
