    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to replace a glass cover a few years ago, am about to again. It shattered when I was rinsing it after washing, no the water wasnt that hot. its the 2nd one thats done that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyways i called qvc customer service and they walked me through the process They replaced it which is rare these days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope info helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Joyce&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cook's Essential Question</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My CE enamel coated cookware is quite a few years old.  Two of my most used pans (the large and smallest fryer) no longer have the non-stick ability.
