Lock & Lock phone # or email address?

One of the pieces on my lid just broke off (it's from the set of the recent TSV - the pretty rose color). I was pulling it out of the cupboard, dropped it on the tile floor and the piece just snapped right off. :-(

It only dropped from a couple of feet. It was nestled in with the other bowls so I was actually lifting it out of the larger bowl and it slipped out of my hand. Was shocked as I've dropped other Lock & Locks before and nothing ever broke.

I guess I will have to send them a snail mail. They don't seem to have an actually e-mail address, and when I submitted the form (3 times) I kept getting some strange error message. :-(

@RainyDayGal Best to call them. People report they don't respond to email, even if you have their correct address. What you've got is theoretically a website addy. Good luck!

I agree about calling them. That's going to be your best bet.

Oddly, however, the number given here is completely different than the number I've always gotten with my product for them, relative to customer service for getting replacement parts.

Most people on here and other places I visit say they have had no luck with L&L customer service, and they only replace pieces that failed through normal use. They claim that you have to jump through hoops and mail the broken piece back, and sometimes don't get the same thing in replacement (as they no longer have them).

Most people tend to just throw away and move on as it is another one of those warranties that is more cost and trouble than just buying new.

I wish you good luck in getting any resolution to your LocknLock problem. Their CS SUX big time!!

I called in November 2015 to see if I could purchase some new seals for 4 pitchers I use. It took me 6 attempts to talk to a person. I left messages on their voice mail and NEVER got a return call. I just kept calling tile someone answered.

They told me they don't sell the seals but would send me 4 new lids for the pitchers. That was Nov. 4.

On Dec. 28 I phoned as I'd not received the lids. Left a message - no return call. I tried a couple days later and got a human. She told me the lids wouldn't be available til some time in Jan. She said for my "inconvenience" she'd send me 4 new lids PLUS 2 new pitchers. I thanked her.

Fast forward to today - March 17, 2016. After 4 attempts in 2 days (2 voice messages and 1 hang up) I reached a human again. She checked my order, and said there has been a delay in getting the lids. She "promised" to call me when they do come in.

I'm NOT holding my breath. They don't even make the pitchers anymore, so I'm not clear how they can provide replacement parts let alone NEW pitchers.

They REALLY need to improve their CS big time!!

My lock and lock is less than a year old and the lid tabs are breaking now. I tried using the number CS here gave me; never got a return phone call even after leaving a few messages. Terrible, nonexistent customer service. I will NEVER buy another lock and lock piece again.

I had a tab break off a lid too. They wanted $8.00 to replace the darn thing! For one lid? So much for their great replacement policy!

I just called 1 844 527 9188 about a lock & lock that had cracked. The representative asked for the number on the bottom of the item, my name, phone number and address and said I would have a replacement in 4-6 weeks, maybe sooner.

Yeah!
