hi guys. i was wondering what y'all thought about the gel pro mats. i love the idea, but i'm nervous about spending that much on a mat for the kitchen. they seem to get really great reviews. i also want a neutral color, so i don't even know which one to get. i think just to try one a shorter one is the better one to start with. any opinions would be great! thanks and enjoy cooking on q day!!!
