    <description>&lt;P&gt;Call Keurig! &amp;nbsp;They have great customer service. &amp;nbsp;I have the Platinum... I do not have the 2.0. &amp;nbsp;Tney gave me help with my model, even sent me a new one... no charge and I was out of warantee. &amp;nbsp;They did try over the phone to help me first before making the offer to replace it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I like the company, the customer service... but the 2.0 was a mistake. &amp;nbsp;They did great harm to their reputation by trying to eliminate business of third parties. Now you can buy a similar device and use anything you want including their cups.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a gadget person. &amp;nbsp;I had to convince hubby to want to use the Keurig. &amp;nbsp;I actually hate coffee and tea. &amp;nbsp;I just like playing with the machine. &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womanlol" class="emoticon emoticon-womanlol" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-lol.png" alt="Woman LOL" title="Woman LOL" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had the message pop up that the pressure is a problem and cannot not complete the brew. &amp;nbsp;Then you have to clean the needle and the inside holder. &amp;nbsp;I called Keurig and they sent a new one. &amp;nbsp;The thing did it upon the sixth brew!!!! &amp;nbsp;Now I did brew Starbucks hot cocoa. &amp;nbsp;It is made for the machine and bought from Keurig. . I am an auto ship person for K cups. &amp;nbsp;I am about ready to scrap it and find something else. &amp;nbsp;Anyone, else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not had a problem with my Keurig 2.0. I don't drink coffee, but use it mainly for hot chocolate, tea, and soups. Visitors use the coffee pods.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is working great and I am glad I got it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had it happen once. I cleaned it with the tool as instructed and it's been working fine since. Mine also happened when I used a hot cocoa pod, but it was a Swiss Miss pod that was included with the Keurig.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree the 2.0 was a mistake! I had a B70 series for about 4 or 5 years (my second one) and we loved them. It stopped working and I ordered &amp;nbsp;the 2.0 (the one for $89.00) &amp;nbsp;and just sent it back yesterday. The water was not hot, it made a lot of noise, was made very cheaply (all plastic - not nice and heavy like the B 70) the tray wouldn't stay attached and the coffee was terrible! I didn't think to call Customer Service because it was past the warranty. Dh went on You Tube and found a way to fix it so for now it's working fine. &amp;nbsp;After this, I may go back to a coffee pot!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
