anybody have this appliance and can tell me if you have the same problem with it chopping up cabbage to fine when you use the medium shred disc?

am I using the right disc? I want to make cole slaw and this blade has medium shred and fine shred on the one blade disc. The cabbage is cut to fine and it makes it to watery.

I use the slicer disk for cole slaw. Don't press it down too hard and you get a fine shred.

On my old Oster you just used the disc that was intended for slaw.

It's a learning process on this new KA. Haha
