topic Wheat Belly Diet in Kitchen

Dr. William Davis wrote a book about this. Has anyone here tried this? I don't have celiac disease, but I do have type 2 diabetes and joint problems, which he says can be helped by following his plan. Is it very restrictive making it difficult to maintain? I would sure like to hear others' opinions if you or someone you know have any experience with it.
