Can't Open!

Received Cheryl's Cookie Ornaments and can not open the ornament containers....anyone else have this issue?

I also tried for a very long time to get them open. Finally I placed them on their side and on a towel. I gently pushed down and they popped open. I did ruin one because they easily bend and then won't close, so only put a "little" pressure on the seam. Hope this helps.......

Haha...I did call customer service....they received other calls on the subject. She said to press on one side or the other and it should come apart...it didnt.
