    <description>&lt;P&gt;I let it preheat but it still takes a long time to brown. I am talking 10+ minutes. I do not see where this is any faster. I am thinking because of the good reviews that mine might be defective.  I have steam roasted and infusion layer cooked both where good but not outstanding.  Both also took longer than if I would have used my stove.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I am thinking of returning it and I wanted so to love it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
