    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had two broken lids.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I called L&amp;amp; L, I got right through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was required to have a QVC Receipt and mail them back the broken lids at my own expense. It cost under 2 bucks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received the new lids in less than 10 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had one more defective lid I wanted to return. I have bought L &amp;amp; L ONLY from Q yet order history does NOT show all my L&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; L purchases and they are way less than 10 years. I emailed customer service and they could not provide it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lesson learned...just like the previous poster...now the invoices get saved in a file!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I did years and years ago.&amp;nbsp; No invoice, no nothing.&amp;nbsp; But I've read here that they have tightened up in the past several years.&amp;nbsp; L&amp;amp;L is sold elsewhere and I suppose they want to be sure yours came from QVC.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a joke!&amp;nbsp; I called once - when they were in their NJ office and was told they'd send out a replacement lid, but were moving so it would be awhile.&amp;nbsp; Waited couple months and called again.&amp;nbsp; Someone very rudely basically said TS (that was the gist of it:&amp;nbsp; no longer guaranteed).&amp;nbsp; Mine wasn't that old.&amp;nbsp; The lid fell from the microwave - 'cause you always have to put it on upside down - and the tab broke when it hit the porcelain floor tiles.&amp;nbsp; So, when they say it's guaranteed, it's a joke!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called the office and they told me the same thing ... that they would send replacements but, because they were moving to ( not from) New Jersey that It would be a few weeks until I received the replacements... about 6 weeks later I received 2 new pieces ( not just the lids) ... they were very nice to me on the phone and I was very pleased with the new products they sent me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it was a mistake for them to have had such a liberal policy in years past for plastic items. They never even asked for the customer to return the broken item. I bet they were inundated with legitimate and may not so legitimate requests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't expect any kind of plastic item, especially one made with tabs, to last forever.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have broken a couple of pieces by dropping them on concrete when they were frozen, Totally my fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't bother with the warranty, because from what I've read, they are hard to deal with, and now you must send back the broken piece at your expense. Not worth it for what they cost in the sets, so I just toss and move on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've never had a piece break from general use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have lots of "tripod" lids..sometimes I dropped one, sometimes they just snapped off in my hand as I was sealing it...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i still ill use them..just don't turn them upside down! Besides I have do much, it would be almost impossible to imagine I might gave one "solo" size, that I don't have an extra lid that would fit it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had a problem with any of the lids not fitting properly? I have had the lock and lock for a short time and one of the lids simply does not fit on top anymore. So strange.
