Two weeks ago I took a box of gingerbread and made Ginger Bread Brownies for my son and his family. So good, but I am going to Dr. it up a bit more the next time for even more ooey gooey.

Recipe called for 1/3 cup of Evaporated Milk and one stick of butter and bake at temp. on mix for 20 to 25 min. I used 1/2 cup of the milk since I was adding in a one half bag of Pumpkin Spice chips from Tollhouse. They were great but I am going to try a little sweetened cond. milk with it next time or maybe just more brownie.

I've tried TJ's brownie mix, cornbread mix, pumpkin cornbread mix, and pumpkin bread mix and I've been happy with all of them. I'm mostly a from-scratch baker, but I always keep a few mixes handy for when I'm pressed for time. I will definitely pick up the gingerbread mix next time I'm in there.
