I'm not sure if any of the countertop ovens would hold multiples of the corning pans...today on ITKWD they showed a Breville XL oven that held 3 Temp-Tations 1 qt. bread sized pans. Unfortunately, it sold out, but is available at chefscatalog.com for the same price (minus the breadboard). I would really like one if I had the space and money, LOL.

Does your menu include anything that could be done in a slow cooker (if you have one)? I've made a crockpot stuffing and make ahead mashed potatoes using slow cookers. If you want the recipes, give me a shout.

Otherwise, my BIL/SIL swear by their Black and Decker convection oven which I believe is reasonably priced but am not sure if it's roomy enough for you.

Hope this helps!

I purchased a Breville oven a few years ago for this very reason. I got the largest one and love it! It holds a 9x13 lasagane pan and has two racks. BBB carry this line and when you have a coupon it makes a great deal! QVC has it in inventory as well and sometimes on easy pay. I use mine for baking pies and extra room for holiday meals. I love the convection feature and the the knob system on the oven. It works great!!!

It also comes with two shelves in it, so that you can put some smaller baking pans in it on each shelf, to bake in it at the same time if you want to.

It is not a digital oven, but has knobs on it that you can turn to set it. It has been a great oven for us.

You can pick it up on sale, usually around the holidays, at a really good sale price.

Thank you all for your ideas. I have been looking at the Breville and the Cuisinart. The additional dishes I want to make are definitely baked ones. Perhaps if I make them once prior to Thanksgiving I will be able to tell if a slow cooker will work. We all have picked and pulled receipes for years and now its time to make a few of them. Probably won't be a true Thanksgiving dinner, but we will have lots of food and friends. They are just so pricey though and I am not sure how much I would use it or where to store it when not in use. I don't have much counter space. I have a lot of thinking to do. Thank you.
