There was a bit left in the bottom of the cup, but it mostly dissolved. I plan on Vitamixing it in my smoothies, rather than drinking it hot.

I've been wanting to try Matcha green tea for awhile and finally did this morning! I bought some 'ceremonial' grade powder, ($18 for 5 oz). I made a cup of hot green tea and mixed in a teaspoon of the Matcha. I didn't bother whisking or frothing-just used a spoon. It was very good! Made me feel very full and content. It has caffiene, but not the same jolt as coffee. It's definitely going in my next batch of smoothies!

Did the Matcha dissolve? I would think it would be lumpy if you didn't whisk it in.
