You can make a cupcake in the micro in a coffee cup without using a cooking utensil. Pour about 1/2 of a coffee cup with cake mix powder, add about 1Tbsp oil and enough water to make cake batter consistency. Micro about 2 1/2min or until top is no longer shiny and its pulling away from the sides. I put a little canned icing on top.

I finally got around to using my Rangemate that I bought a month or two ago. I made salmon fillets.I used a rub of brown sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper (recipe is on SlenderKitchen). It came out very good, kind of had a crust on the top and had a sweet taste to it. I also made Cauliflower Fried Rice (recipe found on Rocco DiSpirito). Was a very good dinner!
