Last week I purchased, from the Q, a duo of the Elemis toner. It says it shipped out on Friday May 22 but since then had been waiting for "carrier pick up." Didn't think much about it because of the holiday weekend. Out of curiosity, this morning I checked on the status and it says its in Ontario, Canada! That's a first for me. I've never had a Q package start in Canada. HAHA Maybe I'll get it early next week.

Are you sure it's Ontario CANADA @JudyL ? There's a distribution center in Ontario CALIFORNIA. We receive a large majority of items from this location. This is my normal tracking info when shipped from Ontario, CA.

@cjm61 - I live in the San Francisco Bay Area so know about the Ontario, CA distrbution center. Isn't it nice to have one here in CA as we get things so much quicker. Anyway, I wondered about the package being in Ontario, CA but the tracking info defiitely said "Caledon, ON." Looked up on Google where that was and it is in Ontario, Canada. I'm thinking its probably an error on UPS's side - someone maybe put in the wrong location or something and it is probably coming from Ontario, CA. I'll check it again tomorrow and see if it's changed. Just thought it was kind of funny.

That would be Really odd!! I bet it is a UPS tracking error too.

QVC does not have a warehouse in Canada and Elemis ships from their US site (if ordering/shipping direct)

Getting things over the border is not an easy, fast or inexpensive task. My family works for companies that handle imports.

Well @RespectLife @JeanLouiseFinch @cjm61 this morning I checked the tracking info again and it's still saying Ontario Canada. Its says its arrived at the facility in Ontario, Canada. I'm also still supposed to get it by this Sunday, May 31. All I can do is laugh about this May sit down with my toner when it arrives and ask how it liked the trip! HAHAHA

I don't get it. I ordered something from Georgia over the weekend. The shipping label was created right away on Tuesday and my items will be here tomorrow.

The HSN NAKERY TS was another fast one. Ordered on Saturday and out for delivery today, but now I have a few other NAKERY things sitting in "packaging" for three days. I was hoping they'd be here by Saturday, or Monday at the latest but now I have my doubts.

Well now @JeanLouiseFinch that does seem odd that you woud get some items so quickly and others are hung up in "packaging." Keeping my fingers crossed for you that you get them before you go on your trip.

Judy, you may have been better off finding the toner on ebay, always my first choice. Unless I find a fab deal on HSN, no longer shop the Q.

FYI, there is one left on ebay of the super size 13.5 oz Elemis Apricot Toner for $26 and free ship, the seller had 5, but 4 have sold. $74 on the Q

@JeanLouiseFinch @Shelbelle - Decided to call QVC customer service this morning since my order still shows it sitting at the Caledon, ON facility and the rep sent me out a replacement order. She said well thats interesting because we don't ship to Canada! So will get my replacement order on June 8th - hopefully it won't take the scenic route also. It'll be funny if my original order shows up before the replacement.

@Shelbelle - The funny thing is, that a few minutes after I spoke with CS, I got an email from the Q saying my order will "arrive soon!" The original order is supposed to arrive tomorrow - don't think thats happening.
