That is my color choice also. Try Lancome L'Absolu Rouge Cream or Matte. They have several choices in that color range. Available in hydrating formulas and lip glosses.

@bunjetto There is a new line of Maybelline Moisturizing Serum Lipsticks. The lipstick is available in matte and satin finishes. There are a lot of nice neutral and pink-brown shades. I got the shade "Crop Top"- a great peachy neutral light brown.

Try going on YouTube and do a search with what you're looking for and sometimes you can get a better idea of what the color looks like when someone's talking about it and you can visually see the color on someone else. Almost every single cosmetic line has a brown/pink shade of lipstick because it's a more common color and it's very universal.

I ordered another shade, its so moisturizing and color is plenty.

If you look on Amazon there are many shades to choose from.

The case is great too, magnetic....if i didn't know better, id think this is a high end product.

Bobbi Brown used to be known for that color and had a number of choices. Haven't looked recently but you may want to check out their website. Good luck!

Years ago Laura Mercier had a pink brown frost lipstick that I absolutely loved called amethyst. They discontinued it and I still havent found a replacement all these years later!

Thank you all for the suggestions... I have been looking.. the only reason i don't care for drugstore is because of the fragrance and taste. I do like a medium color and I did purchase the Empowered by colorworld which was too light. I am older and i think the light colors wash me out and the darker colors make me look older than i am lol. Lookimg for a more natural color and thought the brownie pink would work.

I am like you- the light colors wash me out, the deep colors make me look older, too harsh. My new perfect lip color is Rum Raisin by Revlon. Theres a reason its been around so long its iconic. A flattering brownish nude shade. No scent or taste. I like it so much i also bought the same color in the lip balm. It will look beautiful on you I guarantee it.

@bunjetto so hard to choose@, I have worn Demi Buff by Edward Bess for almost 20 yrs, I have tried others at times, but go back to this. It is a neutral brown/pink. Goes on medium darkness. I am 78, red hair and get compliments all the time. It's funny, my granddaughter, daughters all love it and own it as well. We are a little different completed, and range from medium to fair, all blue eyes, we go from red, blond,,auburn. But it looks good on all of us.
