I would say the closest scent I can think of would be the flowers of Viburnum Carlesii. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It's pretty strong, so a little goes a long way. I have both the pods and the ground versions for my Indian recipes. I've never used it in baking, but I imagine it would work well for all sorts of desserts. Again, a little goes a long way.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Cardamon is used in many scented items and recipes.&amp;nbsp; It imparts a warm, inviting, tasty, slight spiciness. Very pleasant and often combined with other herbs and spices.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I've used cardamon in many recipes. Added a pinch when brewing coffee and its a note in several edp's I have.
